    acutally what happenes is they filter the bulletins. If you post bulletins with URLS in them and people report it as spam, they will just filter out the bulletins with that URL in them. It happened to me. I can post bulletins, but any one with the URL in it wont post. I have even tried from different computers, and different accounts. I thought maybe they just blocked my account or ip from posting with the urls, but doesn't look like thats the case.

    Judd - happened to me recently too.
    Try notlong.com to get a url shortening tool - use that and it bypasses the filter.
    For now anyways.

    It is also good to make bulletin a "chain" (under the link you say something like, "if you dont click this link and repost this bulletin in 15 mins you will go bankrupt" or something like that.) i know people dont normally believe this but some repost it just for fun and some just have too much time on their hands.
