Tried some of the the bulletin auto poster scripts, .did not work for me..moreover the "adsense banned" scared me.

Did someone know why exactly they were banned?

I'm working to drive some legitimate traffic from myspace user but I'm affraid now...

Read the myspace logo. It says 'A place for friends' . It is NOT a place to spam, but a place to connect and chat. Thats why myspace is cracking down on these scripts.

all you have to do to bulletins that have filltered links is use url shorteners and they will not detect ;).

Yeah, I don't get this "invalid clicks" thing, or the "click fraud" either. I'm not much of a google adsense person, I have it on one site right now - but I have always wondered what people meant when they refer to this.

If you push a bunch of traffic to your website, and people start clicking on links, how is this "fraudulant" or why would they then be "invalid clicks?" Don't mean to hijack the thread here, but that got me thinking about it again.

    Anyone explain?

    Thanks!
    Michelle

:::edit::: - shees, looks like I missed a WHOLE BUNCH OF PAGES HERE! Sorry guys, thought this was a new myspace thread, and here it's the same one I looked at a while back! LOL what a goof!

Currently I have an account open for Savvy Layouts. I have not pretended to be anyone that I'm not as the profile's name is Savvy Layouts. I've been posting blogs and whatnot about new features to the site. If I were to send out a bulletin announcing new content that's available, would this be considered as spam?

Hey, i know its bringing up and old thread, but ive now got a WORKING Myspace bulletin repost code.
If you know what this is, then you will probably want it, i dont want to let go of too many because that brings down the value of everyone elses bulletins.
So if you want to make an offer for this then PM me with a price.
Im thinking of letting 2 go.
I've been using it all day today and works a dream :)
    Cheers.

    Hey guys..

this is not exacly what everyone has been talking about.. but it is related to MySpace

do you think people would post their word link on a word cloud...

like lets say the "100 best myspace pages"

the word cloud would show their clickable URL...

the base price would be free and the biggest colored word link would be under $10....

do you think I could get 100 people to go for it?

    Thanks in advance!

From the looks of it, the "bulletin virus" has something to do with getting on an account, using CSS to send all links on the page (view photos etc) to a fake login page for phishing, then posting spam bulletins. So you're advertising/phishing at the same time.

There may be other stuff going on.

the auto bulletin script is nothing to do with phishing and nothing to do with CSS.

The user posts the bulletin only if they want to.

I know this is a bit OT, but Is MySpace related AdSense
still paying well? Are most people that are pushing bulletins
out promoting MFAs, or are you pitching affiliate products?

You all need to think outside of the box.
