Buying Native Quality Indian Writers | High Pay

Need 'Quality' Content Writer as back up writer in my team. You must be good to work with me. Here is what i need :

1) Error free writing, not a single error is allowed.
2) Versatile writing, you must be able to write articles, press release, sales letters, web content, student projects, loan descriptions, application formats, video descriptions.
3) Forget about copy-pasting one single word, if you are writing mobile news also, specs even you have to rewrite, forget about copy pasting from gsmarena.
4) Having an eZine active account is a plus point for you.

And what I will not accept :

1) Middlemen, I don't need you. I need direct access to the writer and cell number for emergency projects.
2) Please do not bother me messaging if you dont have live samples of your work. I do not want word file attachments as samples.
3) People who are free only for an hour or two everyday for writing, I do not prefer such.
4) People who can't write hearing instructions on phone.

Payment Norms:

1) After delivery and checking the article.
2) Pay depends on quality, for native quality writers, I am ready to pay INR 500-1000 / Per article.
3) Payment via Bank Wire Transfer only. I do not recharge mobiles.
