Hey Leve, the new pad is sweet. Some bitchy neighbours already.... They saw me moving in PC tower after PC tower and started freaking out. They didnt like us locking the elevator (with the key the strata prez gave us to use). The bitched about us putting a satellite dish on the patio. They said it was against regs... I informed them that me, as a licensed real estate professional, that I was pretty sure that I checked all the strata regs. That kinda shut them up.

Basically, the tenants hate me and the strata council wants me on council to allow someone to collect payment (apparently my size is a factor )

Very happy though, havent heard a person around us, our immediate neighbours are cool and some of the pets are pretty cool (mostly dogs and one guy named jasper, who is the coolest mutt ever). A blast to date. We started doing a tonne of renos.... should be a good flip for profit....

7.7 million emails in 1 day!! Need I say more, but 9 years is still a little much.

 

When you consider that other more serious offenses are netting the culprit less time behind bars, you have to really take a look at the judicial system for being in such a mess. Add to it that Bush will appoint 3 more of his own and it should be a fun four years....

 

9 years is a bit harsh but if she really made $24,000,000 from spam selling that works out to over $10,000 per day for time spent, If she really does 9 years. Hummmm......that might be worth it???? I'd get out just in time to start collecting social security. If there is social security in 9 years.
