Need a Gallery CMS just like this one...

Hey there, I'm looking for a CMS (paid or preferably free,) that has features as close to this website as possible: http://explainthisimage.com/

An exact clone of that CMS would be ideal, but I don't want to rip anyone off.

If there isn't one available, how much would someone charge to build one?

haha, no, it's not my site.

What are the better free gallery CMS you're talking about? The main thing is that I need an easy way for users to upload images to the site. I tried using a Wordpress theme but it won't allow visitor uploads without using custom fields, etc.

Please let me know a good gallery CMS that will work for me.

    Thanks,
    Chris

Thanks for the suggestions, but I'm having problems finding any that allow a user to upload their own photos simply (without having to learn the back end of a CMS.)
