Need a good free CMS for designers

    Hey.

    I am looking for a good solution to implement custom designs. Meaning I want a system or solution to let me use my own xhtml/css designs and have CMS capabilities.
    What I need is:

    - in page editing
    - user-only areas

    Something like LightCMS, enso or bistro, but not hosted and free.

    Any of you know such a software?

    I am trying to sort something similar for a job involving developing sites in groups of ehh. well alot of them lol...

    Thus far I am messing with the following
    http://get-simple.info/ no database involved but really easy to handle
    http://www.cmsmadesimple.org/ is a bit more robust
