need a hosted / managed chat solution

Hi

for a client of mine I need a remote hosted chat solution.
Approx 30-40 max at anyone time. Needs to be stable and reliable and come with it's own tech support (I don't do chat). A monthly fee is not the problem.

Chat room(s) need to be customizable etc.

Would be great if you can suggest one.

You might check out Bold Chat, I used their free service before we built one and it seemed to be pretty good. Live Person is another pretty good one.
