Before PM me, please keep in mind you are supposed to find the topics and therefore you should be knowledgeble about the mentioned software.

I am looking for a series of "how to" programming related articles, such as about Matlab, C++, R, Python, VBA, etc.

An ideal article should start with a common programming problem, then how to solve it step by step, it should be unique, vivid, being posted nowhere else.

Some of the sample titiles are:
how to call Matlab functions in C++?
how to debug efficiently in VBA?
how to write a calculator in Python?
    ...

If you can provide such articles and are interested in a long term project, please PM me your quote with sample, thank you.
