    The best AdSense review is done by Google. At the end of the month, they send you a check. If you don't like the numbers in that check, you make changes to your site and wait for another month. If Google pays you more, you did right. If not, you make more changes.

    Your ad placement is really cool. Nice clean design and looks really nice. Some people may also click. Try to put some ads under your menulist. Like unit ads, these sometimes gather some clicks. :)
