Need adsense search template help please

Hello,

I have 3 different domain names that I use. I have decided that I want to use adsense to make some money off of the people that apparently accidently come to my sites. (I say apparently because they don't buy anything ;-)

Anyway, what I want to do is to show a generic ad page to everyone who comes to my sites. I think that 404 ads are legal as well:

Does anyone know where I can get a good template (for free I hope) that meets all the google requirements so I do not get into any trouble? I just want to capture people that appear to be stumbling around and give em a nice google search and anything else that may work.

Help please.. and yes, I am a total adsense newbie so go easy on me if this is simple or obvious.

Be real careful with just creating a google page, google indexes for content, and I heard alot of "just google adsense" pages are getting penalized.

best thing to do is to find maybe 5 to 10 articles and place hyperlinks to them on the page, then surround that with the google adsense ads, that way you do not do alot of work, but at the same time you get the google adsense out there
