Nice blog, I actually like your ads and their placement. Almost 90% of blogs has more or less the same layout and ads placing the same way, but I think that you have placed your ads very well.
Maybe you should remove headings "Sponsors" and "Ads", you do not need those headings. People will react better on these bannes if you remove headings.

You can try to place a 728x90 in the bottom, then remove skyscaper (but I like it as it is). Ads on your website are related to your content and everything looks ok. It is a pity if it does not work...

    Good luck:)

You have very nice design. This makes users look at your main content and your gadgets to leave the rest untouched. Your rectangular unit just beside the flash like element is confusing to the users. I guess you need to make the ad units look more interesting than your gadgets.

For this, make the rectangular unit go down and bring the friend connect gadget to the top(beside the main flash like element above the posts).

Also, put a link unit just below the menu bar. This helps a lot as per my knowledge.

I really like the layout of your website, too.. very clean.

I'd also recommend the link under the menu bar.

Thanks a lot. I'll try to do it. I'll swap Google Friend Connect and Ad block.

Link under menu bar? Well can you give me any example or url where i can get an idea.

Put a link unit under menu bar, not a link. Link unit should be of 728x15 size. You can see labnol dot org for an idea.

I use AdWords and make it look like part of the navigation on my blog and it works very well. Something you could try?

You might want to change the Ads link color instead of using default, make the link same as your header link.

728 leaderboard works very well if it is just above the end of the
“above the fold” area on what would be considered your viewers average
resolution/browser window size if there are few other enticing links
above the fold. Makes for an interesting layout but if you’re building
a site for AdSense it may be worth it. We consistently receive very
    high CTRs from doing this.

Try to build sites that allow you to quickly try any and all of
those locations outlined in the heatmap guide or at least allow you a
wide degree of freedom to easily change ad/content locations.

Followed some suggestions and got clicks on Ads but the earnings are very less.
Can someone suggest me how to increase per click earnings?
Does it have to do with keywords?

I see that your account has been banned so I think this topic will be closed soon.
Although I will leave and answer for you and other people doing a search on the forum.

Yes it depends on what keywords your ads are related to and where your ads are placed, how high a pagerank you have, how high a CTR you got and what country you live in.
