Need advice on safe way to sell a site (content+domain)

    Can anybody advice me on the safe steps on selling a site?

    I got a buyer who wants to pay by paypal for my domain+site, what i am worried is once the buyer gets domain and site content, they could do anything like charging back.

    How do you guys sell in DP? Just need to be safe. Please advice.

    looks like escrow asks for paperwork to transfer domains. wouldnt it be possible without paperwork? anybody sold through escrow. whats the exact procedure.

    you can also use a TTP escrow service.
    I don't know if paypal has it, but Moneybookers does - I've use it to buy some websites

    I've sold sites using Paypal, Sedo, and Escrow.

    I still sell smaller sites through Paypal.

    Sedo and Esrow are good for larger sales.

    However, I highly recommend Escrow. The fees were much less on my sale.
    I don't remember doing any paperwork either?
