    I have a website and I havent develop it. according to the site name, I am planing to focus in a particular city for a particular PRofession Like Dentist in Pueblo. How should work on it and focus, so that I can earn lil bit and I can grow along with it.

    Do you mean how you should do Local SEO?
    Well firstly, you should have your city or location in the title tag along with your keyword: "Dentist in New York - *Dentist Name*".

    Yeah, much like Helge said and his blogpost highlights (great post by the way) you want to target keywords that are saturated with your intended audience and area.
