Need CMS for local apartment rental

I want to create a Rent.com type of site for my local area, on a much simplere scale. A place where companies in my local area can list list their apartments for rent.

And it should have a way to take payments preferably by Google Checkout.

Each user should be able to:
    - Each company can create/edit company profile after
    - One-time memebership fee.
    - List properties with rental pricing and other info
    - Users will be able to search for property by city, zipcode, cost, etc.

Any CMS program that is flexible and well suited for this?

YES,i know that drupal has it all.I have drupal that will build any kind or type of website and everything done from admin backend plus it comes with cafe press shopping cart already installed and configured. All you need is to enable or disable what you need or do not need. All the functions you have made mentioned i got them configured, installed and tested.I could do you a great deal if you are interested if not then you will need the basic, then you can install and configure all the plugins needed for your site if you have the technical know-how if not you are looking at spending some good money.Mine took more than 200hrs of work.I could help if you are interested

Your kidding right, that drupal would take around 200 hours to configure? Wow I think I'll stick with Joomla.

Drupal will be nice for you. (200 hrs? what do you say! you must be some over-proffecional or don't know modules/add-ons of drupal yet?)
