I need something very similar to www.break.com
It needs to handle video and pics. Create dymanic pages for each pic or video uploaded. Be able to categorize pics and videos by category and preferrably create gallery pages for those categories. The main page area needs to consists of the lastest 10 or 20 or whatever posts. Registered (or nonregistered) users need to be able to upload content to a queue for admin to approve.

PHP/MySQL driven. Would like to be able to rate and/or comment on each entry.

The simpler the better. I would prefer if it did not have a lot of other functionality besides the basics and that it was pretty easy to skin.

Need help, please make suggestions. I will give good rep to anyone with input.

Out of the box, I'm not sure. I have similar goals with a few of my sites, but after about 40 hours of playing around with Joomla this month, I'm not even ready for the advanced stuff.

After seeing the power of Joomla, I decided to jump in face first and learn it inside and out because I'll be creating who knows what sites for lots and lots of people. However, if I was going to just build one site for one specific purpose, I'd just pay a freelance guy to take care of it for me.

Thanks for the link Direct, I checked those out but I do not think I will find something free that will really work for me.

Any else with any thoughts on the topic?
