I am looking for a free software that I can use with XP that will allow me to change the size and enhance the color of jpg pictures. Any suggestions?

There are a couple good free photo editor software out there.

Gimp is a great photo editing software, they call it the free man's photoshop.

I also used to use PAINT.Net and I must say it's pretty promising. It works on Windows, so check it out.

GIMP and paint.net are my two favorites.
