    I don't know of a free script but what I use is OIO publisher , its 47$ and comes with lots of features. OIO publisher review

    OIO Publisher is the best to automate the entire lifecycle from ad slot design to sales to approvals to reports to feedbacks! Excellent piece of plugin it is.. But you don't have to shell out $47 all the time :) it can come at a lot cheaper price...

    Have you tried hotscripts? Also, it helps to know what your site runs off of. Is it a strict HTML site, or does it run off of some type of CMS?
