Need Help/Advice on Placement in Blog- Newb

Hi all, I am a newbie when it comes to adsense and domain development. I vowed to myself I would focus more on developing my domains rather then "flipping" like I did previously. I have a blog that is receiving about 1,000 uniques per month right now over the last 2 months. I started the blog just a few months ago and I am trying to add a page or two every day. My eventual goal is to monetize this with ad sponsors, however I would like to start utilizing adsense more effectively.

From my understanding, only 3 units are allowed on the page at any give time. I would like to put an ad unit in each blog post. There are multiple blog posts per page or category. I have searched on how to do this (put adsense in each post), but I cannot find an answer anywhere. I think i have 8 posts per page right now. Should I reduce this to 3 posts per page so I can put ad units in each post, and then wouldn't I need to remove the sidebar ad?

Maybe some DP'ers can help me? I have been lurkking here for a while trying to gain insight and knowledge, and now I guess I should start asking ?'s because I am not getting anywhere.

Your ads are not visible ...we must search over them to see them, so noone will click on it
you can add ad inside post with good colors choosing
with 1000 unique only you have to do some SEO because the topic is interessting
