    Hi Guys.

I'm planning on setting up an art business in the next few months and need help choosing a webhost.

The idea is to turn emailed photographs from people into pop art, using oil or acrylic on canvas and send it back to them.
We will tinker with their images, and if given the go ahead and they like the quote, we will paint it to the size that they want.

I've been looking a different hosting companies eg.
    midphase.com, dreamhost.com,asmallorange.com, and interscot.net

I know a lot of you seem to be very fond of ASO and their Lifetime Medium plan - 1GB Space and 25GB Monthly Bandwidth - ($300 at the moment) looks pretty good.

As a small startup, do you think this is a good hosting plan (for starters). I own some other domains names with content written ready to go on them which could possibly yield some adsense income.

I could stepup to a more business like hositng plan once the money comes rolling in.
I have no idea how much bandwidth an art site would use per month, does anyone have any idea?
Also, is there anything else I definitely need? Autoresponders, merchant account, or anything else you can think of?

I've just been learning about this stuff over the last few months and its slow going. But I've learned lots from you guys already.

    Thanks for your time.

Most small sites stay well under the 1GB/mo bandwidth limit. The ASO plan is quite reasonable to start with.

I would say stick with Paypal until you start to grow then look at bigger options. The biggest mistake is growing too quickly and having too many expenses.
