what you could do is erase the background you can use the eraser tool, or the pen tool then you can add the man to any background you like.

search google for photoshop tutorials on removing the background from the image

    hope that helps

    thanks

If you look at the original image, you can see in the right side the shining effect from the alley. To isolate this and take out the extra objects, create an outline of the alley shape with the pen tool, fill it white and apply a white outer glow. To restore the image into better quality, go to adjustment layer>photo filter>warming filter LBA. This adds a warmer tint to the image and creates more attractive colors.

Go to adjustment layer>hue/saturation> and in the master tab, put saturation to +10. Again this saturates the color to give it a vibrant boost. Go to the same hue/saturation and under the pulldown menu, click reds. In the reds saturation, put the slider bar to +6. This will accent and saturate the red in the bricks, and the tone of your model's face.

Go to adjustment layer> levels and play around with the sliders until you receive the effect that you desire (for this photo, I pulled the middle gray slider to the right at 0.91. The levels adjustment layer will control the different shadings of white and black, and their differing contrasts.

As a final touch, I went to adjustment layer>curves and played around with the middle point until the right shadowing is added.

This all for more enhancing the quality of your photograph. There's other tips and tricks like lens blurs from alpha channels and more, but the basics are here.

To add to the good work that xD did, I put some blurring, sharpening and lighting on :
