Need help targeting

    I've had the blog up since last October on wordpress.com. A few months ago (since it was getting decent traffic) I put it on my own server and added Adsense.

    I've been having so many problems with targeting the ads for this site. I've gone through so many different themes and different placements/sizes for the ads but nothing has seemed to really help. All of my ads are displaying irrelevant content (even after I used section targeting on my blog posts). I've changed keywords in the meta tags, changed all of my post titles/introduction paragraphs, and more.

    What I find odd is when you search "hauntedgeorgia" on Google search my site comes up first, looking at the cache ALL of the ads are displaying how I want them to display.

    If anyone can suggest some way to improve my ads and/or an alternative ad network that would suit my blog more I would really appreciate it. Thanks!

    I find this odd but when you type something like http://www.haunted-georgia.org/?=something you get very relevant ads...
