    Prestashop and Magento are ripping good. Prestashop is a bit more lightweight and faster. Magento is enterprise level stuff but still free.

    http://www.prestashop.com/ tad bit easier to get your head around
    http://www.magentocommerce.com/ tad bit more complicated but not really. It largely has more high end marketing features.
