    What do you exactly mean by valuing?

    Because as long as you continue to create good content and interaction with your visitors, then for sure your PR will continue to stay that high or maybe even go higher!

    PR 7s are expensive if you sell the site. perhaps at a $xxxx range. However you can also sell link spaces to advertisers if you want. This way you keep the site, yet earn.

    no traffic (miner traffic that seems automated)
    have not country/Reagen Rankings
    very strange search quarries like "Kleber"
