I'm looking for a nice program or script that allows registered members to upload images, create new folders, etc. One thing that is required is a moderation system for newly uploaded images.

Does anyone know of anything like this.

I am using photopostpro tied into a vbulletin forum. It works and your members only need a single login. However, I have been underwhelmed at how well the rest of the features are "integrated". Maybe I don't understand all the settings. Also, the vbulletin code is so mature other software has lots of rough edges by comparison.

I think if I spent some time at vbulletin.org I might find some mods/plugins that would work as well; vbgarage or coppermine looked promising.

    These sound like good solutions..

Basically I need something where users can upload photos and create categories on their own. Moderation would be required.

I'm also hoping to find something that allows rating or Digging the photos.

Any ideas? (or should I getsomething developed.. :) )
