Need help with blog adsense

I recently started 2 blogger pages with adsense, and was wondering if I could get some feedback on them?

and

www.kirkpatrick321.blogspot.com

Also, any advice for more traffic?

 

I run a few blogger blogs. How do you get that adsense ad unit to appear between the first and second top posts?

 

@ trucktechniques you can make the changes in the monetize tab

 

the first one is too dark and one youtube video is out of place and all over your adsense ad
almost the same for your second blog

I do not see the logic behind your blog; I mean your content simply jumps from one topic to another.

you will never get traffic with those sites at least not the way they are; you have to work on them to make them better.

for traffic you could try a traffic exchange solution but usually this doesn't bring any amazing results
