Need help with Google Adsense - Review my blog

I am new to Google Adsense and haven't had a lot of success at all with Google Adsense. I really want to make my blog successful but I am not sure if I got my blog setup in the best way to get clicks.

Well, Brad Callen is very good SEO. He wrote an ebook about Adwords Made Easy if that is what you are talking about. Please correct me if im wrong.

Your ad placement is good. In my view
1) Change the side bar color to match the main body . I mean to say make the side bar background color white.

2) Change the background color of the all the three ads blocks to white, at present they are looking like ads and people will not click on them as long as they look like ads.

3) You are using UBDMoneymaker theme , try the revolution theme its excellent.
