    The colors you have used in the 468*60 ad units do not look very good.

    Secondly, I think if you place 250*250 ad unit instead of 468*60, then that will be much better.

    Lastly, if possible, put a ad unit at the top of the first post. This will increase your CTR.

    Edit: One more thing, the loading time for your site is not good. Try decreasing it.

    first off do your visitors a favor and get rid of the dropping leaves. It's annoying and I'm sure you are losing visitors because of it.

    Change your adsense units colors and blend the backgrounds. Also you may want to place the google search up on top of the sidebar instead of down where you have it now.

    Few suggestings.

    - clean up your sidebar it's a little messy and isn't to attractive with that many links.

    - leaves probly should go.

    Should see a little preformance to cause the loading was kinda jerky.
