    hey everyone,

    I am working on a website: http://www.famousafricanamerican.net

and am looking for some advice on my ad placement before i finish the website. It currently only consists of the first page, as the layout will be continued over each page, and I would like to get my ad placement perfect.

    thanks guys,

below the link on the left handside, you may wanna add the Ad_link units too. (I suggest you could make the links look like the ad_linkss). It works for mysite.

yor ads seem to be almost equal to the amount of content, perhaps you add some more text or info to balance it out

Ad placements are okay.. try using red ad links instead of black so they look more like links.

try highligting your links with another color...

placement is great but the lower most ad will not be good if your page will be long...put it between paragraphs...

    hope this helps...:D

it really does not show...its just normal...sometimes it does depends on the ads...well for my leaderboard anyway thats the case...

what i mean is change the title color of the link of your ads...blend the url color with the text color...

and put the rectangle adsense after the first paragraph...

    and add a footer...

align the african americans: section at the left to the left....

make the link color same with the visited color...

fix your footers...make them separate links...linking to your sub pages...

change the font of your content to arial...

    add a feature section...:D

Add some more text and also prefer blue color for ad title and light grey for ad links, you'll get good CTR,...
