Buying Need professional writers for long term works

I'm expanding my projects and looking here for two qualified writers.

First off, I don't work with writers that offer extremely cheap rates. If you cherish your job, you wouldn't sell it cheap. Your articles are the brand that represents your personal capability. I believe only those who care for their own brands will they do a good job. Of course I do appreciate that you give me a discount on the price considering this is a long term job.

Secondly, the writer should speak native UK/US English and can write accurate and unique content.

Last but not least, the writer should be able to concentrate on writing and can provide consistent works.

I generally need you to write 30 ~ 80 articles every month. The topics include jewelry, insurance, gadgets, electronics, computer, appliances, auto parts, health. Minimum words 600 each (all my articles, except for some small niches).

Please be noted that I only need writers that can write articles, not the agents that outsource articles.

I'm excited to have received so many great offers from you, my lovely writers. It will take me some time to read all the messages. Please wait patiently for my responses.

I really appreciate your interests in my job though I may not be able to answer every PM. Due to my limited budgets, I can't hire you all. Please understand if you're not chosen to work with me it doesn't mean that you're not qualified. Instead you're all great people and excellent writers. I believe you can do a great job for other clients.

PS. My tips for you when looking for a good client (and make the clients to be interested in you):

1) Write good posts and messages (at least should be grammatically correct and sound like a native speaker)

2) Don not offer a dirty CHEAP price. The rate at or less than US$0.01 per word is cheap. If you can do a good job, why don't you charge a fair price?

3) Do not use articles from article directories as the samples. All experienced clients know articles from these directories don't represent a high standard of writing quality.

4) Read client's requirement carefully.

5) Forum reputation (itraders and feedbacks from other members or clients) is important (althogh not a decisive factor for me, as there're new members that can do a good job as well).
