    Hi everyone,

I will be buying a digital camera very soon, but I am clueless on which one I should get, so I am turning to you guys for suggestions.

What I plan to do with the digital camera?

    - Of course, record videos, and store it on my computer, and maybe even host it on the web for my friends to see.

Well, that's all I plan to do with it, take videos.

Please give me your suggestions. I'm open to all prices under $1,000 :) If you know any companies that sell digital cameras and goods on the Internet (and accept PayPal) I would like to know also.

    Thanks guys! :)

Look into the Panasonic models before buying. I don't know about now, but a year or two ago, they were producing video cams with great lenses. Very clear pictures and, as you know, garbage in = garbage out.

One thing to look out for is how many pictures it can store on its internal memory. Some cameras are sold with say 12MB internal memory and will only hold 10-15 pictures. The point of those cameras is they expect you to buy more memory which costs around $75 per gig. But like you would need over a gig.

So just check the storage space.

Thanks for the telling me that, I'll especially look out for the memory when I'm buying. 10-15 pictures is a heck of a small amount.
