    Hi, I would suggest you 336 x 228 text ad in between your posts and blend the colors. Do this and check the results in 24 hours. Also work on building traffic as I do believe your site has a potential to go all the way. More details here.

    Looks fine to me. Maybe if I were you, I would try to move the top right hand corner ad unit to somewhere closer to the blog posts or below the navigation bar to see how it goes.

    You are only using 2/3 available ad blocks..As you are using blogger , drag a rectangular ad block (similar to that in your right side) just above your post tittle
