    Holy crap how do you get that many impressions!? lol i just think that people don't click on those ads cuz they know they are ads. I would try a vertical banner if Iwere you.

    Imho the central ad block is to 'prominent'. It gives the impression of a Made For Adsense site. On opening the site, one hardly sees that there is content below. I'm afraid that your numerous clicks result in fast click aways. Surfers are impatient people!!!
    I'd put that block under the first or second video. And, as said here above: a vertical banner would definitely be better: while it seems more discreet, it attracts more people. Left should be best.

    looks like a baited ad site and it turns people off. Need to get a little creative with some content and give your viewers something they want.
