Hi Tonz, you have no credibility on your home page why anybody should do business with you. Your ISO 9001 is buried at the bottom of the page and is not clickable so that people can see what it means. Also, you say 99.98% accurate. Where is the evidence for that? You should do some searching on Google under "usability" and "website conversion optimization". These will give you some advice on what it takes to turn visitors into customers. You haven't given your visitors enough information to trust you and want to do business with you. You do not have any testimonials. Many people rely on these for credibility. Your About Us page isn't about YOU. It is a sales pitch for testing. People want to know who is behind the site. Who are they dealing with? You don't tell them. HIV is a very personal issue. You have not reassured them that their information is confidential. Where is your Privacy Policy. You badly need to get some knowledge about what makes visitors become customers, or hire an expert to help you.

Very useful site, and again can't say more than above =) Such products must be certified for sure and people should learn about it. So place ISO details and info about you in 'about us'. Perhaps you should also add one more page like "about our products" where you can put that text from 'about us'. Additionally, using some references to official competent authorities talking about these products will also be a good idea.
On checkout I think you should point out anonymous checkout, not that explicit for now.

Yes, we have done competitive searches and worked for clients in this area. Customers are super-concerned with privacy. Is the package going to arrive with a big HIV TEST on the outside, or a plain brown wrapper. You have to tell them. What about their credit card statement. Is the charge going to look anonymous, like ABC Products or is it going to say HIV Test Kit. Maybe someone else sees their statement and they don't want it to show. You have to let them know that their privacy is protected every step along the way.
