Need some credit/debit card help

I'm looking for a full solution to my problem:
I have a PPC advertiser site and need to charge people based on their budget per day. For example if someone sets a budget of $20, at the end of the day the amount they use will be debited from their bank account via credit card.

I want it to run like this:
user enters credit/debit card info on my site (at point of registration, no trace of the billing site) and then the information is encrypted and stored on my server. Then every night at midnight my script checks the users account and charges their card by sending information to the payment processor.

That's basically how it works. The reason I need this system is because as a paying advertiser myself I hate having to "top-up" my account, it's a waste of time as most of it is not automated. The payment setup is going to be pretty much like google adwords.

I have already asked 2CO & PayCom but they 2CO said they don't do this sort of thing and PayCom said they only deal with adult sites.

    PayPal is not an option.

Any help will be MUCH appreciated!

I think I remember someone on 2checkout telling me they captured the data from their customers than used a proxy to enter the data into 2checkout when they wanted to run the card. Not sure if this is what your looking for, it is obviously against their policies.

Thanks both, I have contacted chronopay and awaiting reply. As for 2CO, I'm not sure i'd want to go against policies like that, I know what you mean about sending the data probably just use PHP cURL.

    Any other suggestions?

Actually thinking about it, I could just use a virtual terminal. I don't mind manually typing in every month, it will give me something to do. Anyone know of any virtual terminals that are all in one? Like they pay me by cheque or bank transfer?
