Need some help and advice.

Hi,
I own and operate several domains and try to concentrate on getting the best sites for the lowest amount of money (all my sites are new, around start of Feburary and the scripts are very clean and crisp.) These are also not turnkey sites tacked onto a shady domain name.
I am having a look around for either someone who could give me a rough working guide price to buy the site or an investor, who can help as I have put alot more money than I could afford into the advertising etc (the type of investor I am looking for is one that has ad word experience as I do not feel that this is optimized on my site.)
The website I am looking to get a rough guide on is very much up and coming, it recieves around 1,000+ visits a day, most unique, has over 1,300 members, 18,000 articles, 36,000+ downloads to date and I have just spent alot on advertising and buying links for this site.
Also Alexa has given me a ranking of 1.6m, however is based on 6 month ave and we have only been going for a month, on the daily ranking we were upto 32,000, have come out of the top 100,000 now but will be back in very shortly.

why don't you take a few hours to put some Adsense ads on it? if it gets as much traffic as you say, within a month or so, you won't need investors! Plus if you can show proof of Adsense stats, you can easily sell these sites for a nice profit.
