    hi,

i am wanting to build a site similar to travelpod.com
    travellerspoint.com
    travel experience sharing site.
i used to plan to use joomla. but i find many more other options about it.

here is the problem, anyone can suggest some scripts? or CMS? or some ideas?
    everything's welcome.

    thanks

    Use Joomla!
    Its the best!!
And since you are low on your budget, you can try using some free templates out there.
    Good luck :)

Try Website Publisher by Interspire ( interspire.com). I think they have all that you need.
