Need to be reviewed by you guys

Hello, I am unexperienced webmaster, who 3 weeks ago started a proxy site. The url is http://hidbyproxy.com . Please check my template, I know maybe it is not so unique, because I have seen some other sites with same templates, but anyways, here are my stats :

7,600 impressions 174 clicks and $10,50 earning.

The site is 3 weeks old.
Is it okay? How is the ad placement? I also placed AdBrite on proxified pages.

Could you also say if the earnings are OK for a proxy site? Btw, i did submitted manually to like ~200 directories, bought some newsletters, promoted to ~130 friends on bulletins and here is my visit stats, though i get ~100 unique visitors per day. I know i need to work harder to get some better results, but could please give me a direction where to go next? Thanks

 

Personally, I don't like the G search at page top, nor do I appreciate the Ads*nce ads above the Enter the URL Address: input field.

BTW, checking our stats, we do real well for the search term "unblock myspace".

What do you mean above the fold?

It's a print media (newpaper) term, making reference to the idea that the most important news goes from the fold (middle) of the paper towards the top.

As applied to websites, when viewed in a browser window, the more relevant information on your site should appear without the user needing to scroll down.
