    There are lots of hosts offering services at that rate, but for us to properly provide suggestions it would be best to know if you have any requirements like disk space/bandwidth usage, location, or control panel?

    If you want a stable host (that isnt doing a pump N dump) then you really need to increase your budget, as there is no real legit company offering what you are asking for, for that pricing.
