    If the above answers are suggesting a cms with a digg like voting system, then Drupal can do it also, with the appropriate modules.
    But I don't think the thread initiator is asking that.

    Yea I was thinking of doing it with pligg I am also familiar with drupal I will think it about it more i suppose
