Bloody issues with these guys. I just want to transfer a domain to another person but they want me to print out a pdf and send it to them hardcopy before they will send the domain over. I tried to explain to them that my signature in the email is legally binding (I've studied contract law at degree level) but they would not listen.

Over priced anyway. Useless bastards.

Based on past experience I like to keep my hosting in one place and my domains in another. That way you can buy and sell domains as you wish without even contacting your host.

I subsequently started using godaddy for domain registration and will be leaving ukhost4u on the basis that when I first got into the internet side of things they did not give me all the info and have not been 100% honest.

UKhost4u lose out because I now need a much bigger package than when i started. They went for the short run profit. hostgator get the large long run profit.

TBH I doubt very much I'd ever do business with a company whose name ends in '4u' - it has 'stupid kids' written all over it.
