I've spent alot of time integrating the ads into my new site and i basically have them all where I want them. I tryed to keep them in the hotspots of my site as best as possible without inturupting the visitor while in the middle of reading a paragraph.

Please give comments and suggestions on if you think this is good or bad thanks
    :)

    Nice site :)

Have you thought about maybe placing the link unit at the very top of the site where users type the username and password.

Place a leader board where that link unit is currently at.
So in total you will have two ads on the index, your link unit and leaderboard.

I made a mistake before with link units thinking that when a user clicks on them you get revenue, this isn't true, it basically takes the user to another page operated by google where payed sponsered links are.
Users will have to click twice basically, unless the user isn't already put off from the second page of sponsered links.

    Good Luck ;)

You did a great job. However, I see you are getting public ads, which is irrelevant to your website, I think you should turn the public ads off.
Great site, great layout, good job! :)
