    The affiliate general section seems to have become overwhelmed with

    "If you want to make x send me a pm"

    If you have a announcement of a affiliate program just say it. No more pm me for more information.

    1) This is a way people are getting around min post counts before posting urls.

    2) Creating tons of "pm sent plz send info" post count inflating crap.

    3) Lots of scams are going on in pms. If someone really has a good affiliate program they do not need to hide it in a PM

    This new rule will probably be adjusted


    you must be an active contributing member before you can make affiliate offers.

    BST rules apply here, you will get an infraction and your thread will be deleted.

    Finally! A rule for this..
    Seen too many "please pm me for details"
    Done it myself and in return got me an infraction :(
    So, I guess, there won't be "pm me" after this?

    Most of these posters never get back to you either.

    Thanks.. Those posts just drove me crazy, crazy, crazy. I would sometimes chime in with a "if it's too good to be true, it is!" - but nobody seems to listen.. And there was never any substance, just secret messages... How foolish.

    Hope this rule will help keep the discussions here focused on real opportunities... This is really a great group of people when you weed out the crap like mentioned above.
