    Please tell me where all i should put the ads and shud there be any improvements in the site..

    In your first post a good place should be between the first and second paragraph. Either a banner or half banner.

    I'm not sure but your blog domain might be something to be careful, "hack" shouldn't get along with adsense...

    placement and colours are good but i think you must add one more link unit near your real content. your ads is away from your real content
