    Hi friends,
I have seen this in a very famous tutorial website. Do you think it is allowed according to the Google Adsense TOS?

A few months ago, Google Adsense updated its TOS to explicitly disallow such posting of images right next to its ads.

if it was allowed by google, i don't think that is the reason.
i think the image does not let user/advertiser missleading..

    That is against TOS.
but they may be a premium publisher, then they'd get certain benefits.

I implemented that system of pictures next to ads and it WAS against TOS
However im not a "power user" of adsense and there may be cases where its allowed

They basically told me the pictures were too indistinguishable from the ads. So basically if ur gonna do it, make sure they are sufficiently distinct from the ads. and then ask google if its ok

Definitely not allowed. Aligning images perfectly next to the ad is misleading to visitors.

That program has images built into their ads if you want to give them a try. No need to get your account banned from google.
