So here is the deal, I got a job as a SEO and a SEM expert for a web development company, now my questions is what to expect?

They used to offer only web development so far and SEO is a new field what should be my office requirements, what things they like most and hate most?

I used to be a freelancer (self employed) so far so any tips about working from an office and a boss would be greatly appreciated

    Thank you very much

    Looking forward hearing from you.

Well depends how big there company is, if they are very big and offering you a 6 figure yearly income then i think you can expect an office , high end equipment and support.

But with all that stuff the deadlines will be a real menace.

i work at an insurance company but i do SEO for their websites (which seem to be multiplying!). I dont have an office but i have a nice desk area. Then again i'm totally new to the field.

I think you can go by your salary, the higher it is the more you can expect, i'm making low 5 figures a year. If your making 6 you'll likely have an office id say.

Does it really matter what the office is like? If they are paying you a good salary, and it's going to be something you enjoy working on, then wouldn't matter if you were in an open-planned office or your own office?
