    I have been given a firm shove in the direction of an investor to get my small hobby business upscaled.
    I have had firm interest from two large supermarkets in my product range, and now I have to learn as much as possible about the best way to assure my position going forward.
    I am wary of getting involved with wealthy investors, as I have little experience in big business.

    Any tips on what to look for whilst negotiating?
