New Placements, what do you think?

i am testing new placements almost every 2 weeks.
i made some changes in my website design and replaced the ads.
i would like to know what do you think about it.

Your web design seems really busy--lots of different colors. It took me awhile to locate your ads. I didn't see them at first glance, but they do blend well with the site. I would try to simplify your design though to make it easier on the reader. Try not to use so many variable font types and font styles. Your design really needs consistency. I know you asked about ad placements, but I figured I'd go ahead and offer my thoughts on some of the design as it plays a role in ads.

I really can't say a whole lot about the ads because I'm learning about this stuff too! Take care.

i was getting lot of clicks on the old placement and design.
sometimes reaching 300 clicks/day but the ppc was very low about 2-3cents/click
in the new placement my ppc went up to 14-15 cents/click
but i got less clicks.
some friends told me that because the placement is new...
i added adsense in the forum after every first post in every page
and added proxy server with adsense display above the result which i had to take it off because adsense didn't accept it and said that's against the tos.
i m working on a new design for the main page
but i ll keep the same colors. i don't think the colors are the problem.
i used to get 120 click for less than 4000 page impression.

 

I feel that your ads are a bit difficult to find. Maybe you should blend them within the content. Good luck.

 

ok, i made other changes the clicks are about twice more

i made the article same color shape and format like the ads.
it will take u about 10 seconds to know they're ads.
i m thinking to make the same thing for the links page

 

wow, i hardly distinguish the ads from the content. But, the site looks a bit spammy to me.

 

looks good but I'd take off the url on the sides of the main area. It really doesn't add anything to the aesthetic.

and since i have more than 700 downloadable file i thought that putting direct links will get me nothing.
so i made this:

but i was wondering if i m breaking the tos in the second link.

eventhought i didn't place adsense in all pages yet!!!!
i m waiting till the weekend it will probably go to 500%

 

Looks good to me, but you may consider placing an image next to or above the placement under announcements. This would bring attention to it, yet becasue it blends so well it would not look like an add.

Hey, I know something that would help you, remove the firefox referal and the small text ad and put a big 728x90 leaderboard. You'll get good results I can assure you.

 

I don't think that the orange is a great color. It makes it very difficult to process the site and what it is offering.
