New SEO Opportunities in Manchester UK

Hello all,
A successfull internet marketing company is looking to recruit two new SEO positions to help with increasing workload and some very well known clients.

The two positions are for:

Skilled SEO with experience
Trainee SEO hungry for experience!

These are full time positions based in Manchester UK. i.e. they are in-house positions and not available for remote/freelance working.

Salaries are competetive and based on experience.

In brief, the job description for both covers areas such as:

Main purpose:
• Ensure that clients SEO objectives are achieved and surpassed within time and budget

Key tasks:
• Surpass the clients project goals, achieving them on time
• Grow the clients SEO positions on the search engines for the targeted keywords
• Liaise with Account Manager/Client to agree objectives and feedback results

Core Competences:
• Strong customer focus
• Experience of onsite and offsite optimisation including:
o Copywriting skills
o Knowledge of link building strategies
• Experience of managing SEO projects with examples of high rankings achieved, where possible
• An understanding of additional services the company provides (PPC, Affiliate, Email, Media Planning) and how they all work together
• Results motivated - able to achieve results and constantly driving to exceed expectations
• Excellent organisational and implementation skills
• Computer, Internet and software literate.
o Good working knowledge of Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, HTML
o Experience of Cascading Style Sheets and web development software (Dreamweaver, FrontPage etc.)
o Desirable to have experience of visitor tracking and log analysis software
o Desirable to have an understanding of PHP or ASP.

• Ability to present/communicate at CEO and board level
