    Hi the site looks clean. I would say do away with the search and move the bottom ad to the top spot.

    remove borders and backgrounds...

    the right most ad is a little awkward..better put that beside your links in your content and blending them...

    labeling special offer to your ads is against TOS imo...

    and make text and link color the same...

    dont label is special offers, your gonna get banned.

    give ur 160x600 square corners, itll fit in better.

    try a large rectangle in the middle of your links? :)

    With Firefox for some reason part of your page is off screen and i have to scroll right to see the ads. Personally i never do that and i think your page is small enough to have the text on the left above where it says directories. just my personal opinion.
