Hi can you tell me what you think of the adsense place on computerforumz.org - I have 3 different types:

2 on the main page at computerforumz.org
another example is in threads: computerforumz.org/linux/4855-linux-version-should-i-use-connecting-pc-television.htm
and my third example - computerforumz.org/linux/

Can you tell me if there are too many ads per pag, if it all complies and most importantly how to monetise my site. I have made $1.79 in about 1 and a half weeks and that doesnt seem like a lot, anyone that can help out? :)

    *I can give out reps*

First off, forums are not that good for adsense as users come back over and over and end up being banner blind. I clicked on a banner on DP forum for the first time in months today because I saw a graphic ad that looked great.

Second, I am getting messages saying I am not a member which might be a Adsense violation. Also I get reditrected when going to the linux TV link.

For a forum, a newsletter with affiliate offers might do better.

I would do something about that top banner, for me it is just sitting on the page, covering up quite a bit of the top frame that is supposed to be part of he forum outline. It looks, I don't know the best word but "disjointed" comes to mind. Doesn't instill professionalism.

The Not A Member issue is worthy of looking into, especially since the icon next to it is of a "warning" type. I'm not sure it's a violation but, again, it's something that makes me hesitate to view the site further.

Click Help (top right) in your adsense control panel (Reports Overview page for example) and then on the very bottom of the Help page is a Contact Us link. I get very good/timely response from using that. You probably won't get anything until Monday, though, being that it's the weekend. There will be maintenance done today, too, so you may not be able to access the page for a bit of time today.

Thank you. Anything else that could be a violation? Are there too many blocks on a page?

For a forum you might do better with Kontera or another in text link system. They add links to words that are occurring in your pages and you get paid for links, they are right in the text not off in a separate block. There are a few examples on the bottom of salarymap.com (mouse over the double underlined words to see).
